Toasted Marshmellow Martini

This is a all-in-one vodka espresso martini

Garnish: 2 toasted Marshmallow skewered.

Server should toast right before taking to table

• Glass: Cold Martini

Ingredients	Amount
Hoodoo Espresso Vodka	3oz
Davinci toasted marshmallow syrup	1oz

Procedure

1. Add ingredient to shaker with ice

2. Shake for 15 sec

3. Double Strain into martini

4. Skewer 2 large Marshmallow

5. Servers Toast with torch until golden on all sides right before taking to table
