One of the keys to this simple cocktail is it must be chilled. 20-30 seconds on the stir then a fresh orange peel

• GLASS: Rocks

• GARNISH: Orange Peel

Ingredients	Amount
Fords Gin	1-1/2 oz
Carpano Antica	1 oz
Campari	1 oz

Procedure

1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice

2. Stir for 20-30 seconds

3. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube

4. Garnish with orange peel
