Ingredients	Amount
Nonnino Amaro	3/4 oz
Eldorado 12yr Rum	3/4 oz
Aperol	3/4 oz
Lemon juice	3/4 oz

Procedure

1. Build in a shaker

2. Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds

3. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon peel

• Riff on a paper plain

• Rum is used as sub for bourbon
