• GARNISH: KOSKA ROSE PETAL PRESERVES

Ingredients	Amount
Pre batched Perfect martini	3.5oz or 2.5oz
Rose petal jam	1 barspoon

Procedure

1. Bartenders will place 1 barspoon of KOSKA ROSE PETAL PRESERVES at bottom of frozen Martini glass

2. Build in mixing tin

3. Shake for 15 seconds until well chilled

4. Strain into Chilled Martini Glass
