This recipe does not fill your wine glass, it should be a little more than 2/3 full. Make sure you fill it full of ice.

Glass: WINE GLASS

• Garnish ½ wheel fresh grapefruit

• 1 straw

Four Pillar bloody shiraz gin	1oz
Prosecco	2 oz
St Germaine	.5oz
Fresh Grapefruit juice	1oz
