This will be batched and held in the Glass freezer

• GLASS: Martini

• GARNISH: Express fresh Lemon Twist over drink and drop in glass

Ingredients	Amount
Sipsmith gin	14 oz
Hanson organic odka	7 oz
Lillet Blanc	3.5 oz
Water	1oz

Procedure

1. With a funnel build in 750ml clear glass bottle

2. Hold in glass freezer

3. Pour 3.5oz directly into frozen martini glass

4. Express fresh lemon twist over drink then drop in glass
