Toasted Marshmellow Espresso

• Garnish: 2 Toasted large marshmellows

• Glass: Martini

Ingredients	Amount
Davinci Toasted marshmallow syrup	.5oz
Hoodoo Espresso martini	3oz

Procedure

1. Build all ingredients in shaker tin with ice

2. Shake 10 sec

3. Double strain into Martini glass

4. Spear 2 large marshmallows

5. Server to toast marshmallows golden brown
