Garnish: Fresh grapefruit and rosemary
Glass: Double Rocks
Sazarac rye
2 oz
Escuminac maple syrup
.25oz
Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit
2oz
Kosher salt
Pinch
Fresh Rosemary
3 sprigs
Place Rosemary, maple syrup, and salt in tin and muddle
Fill mixing tin with ice and add whiskey
Shake for 10 seconds
Pour into Rocks over fresh ice
Place half moon slice of grapefruit in glass(not on rim) and sprig of rosemary
Hit the roasemary with a quick flame
