• Garnish: 1 Fresh Raspberry and 1 mint leaf use a toothpick not a skewer

• Glass: Champagne

Ingredients	Amount
Well/House Gin	.5oz
Dry Vermouth	.5oz
lemon	.5oz
Simple syrup	.5oz
Prosecco	top to 1" from rim
fresh raspberry	3 plus 1 for garnish
Mint	! perfect leaf

Procedure

1. Fill mixing glass with ice

2. Add all ingredients except Prosecco

3. Hard shake for 15 seconds

4. Strain into champagne glass

5. To with Prosecco

6. One fresh raspberry with 1 mint leaf
