Frozen Mojito for Service

• Glass: Frozen Margarita glass

• Garnish: LIME WEDGE, MINT SPRIG

Ingredients	Amount
White Rum	2oz
Lime Juice	1oz
Mint Simple Syrup	1.5oz
Water	1oz
Triple sec	.5oz
Ice	2 cups

Mint Simple Syrup

1. 2.5 Cups of fresh mint packed

2. 5 cups of water

3. 5 Cups of white sugar

4. Combine sugar and water bring to a simmer until disolved

5. Add Mint steep for 30 minutes

6. Strain and chill
