Rosemary Simple Syrup

Used as an ingredient for cocktails

Ingredient
Amount

Sugar

1 cup

Water

1 cup

Fresh Rosemary

4 - 6 to 8 inch fresh rosemary

Method

  1. Bring Water to a boil

  2. Remove from heat

  3. Add sugar stir do disolve

  4. Add Rosemary let steep for 15 min

  5. bottle, good for 7 days

Let cool and strain into container.
