Spicy Honey Simple Syrup

Creates 375ml

Used as a ingredient for cocktails

Ingredient	Amount
Star anise	12
Water	6.5oz
Honey	6.5oz
Whole Cloves	6 tablespoons
Cinnamon sticks	12

Place all ingredients in medium sauce pan and simmer until dissolved.

Let cool and strain into container.

Hold in Cooler
