Winter Tai

A riff of a Mai Tai, spicy simple syrup recipe under "prep and barrel"

1. In a shaker tin

2. 1.5oz Bacardi

3. .5oz Triple sec

4. .5oz Spiced simple syrup

5. .75oz Pineapple

6. .5oz Orange juice

7. .5oz Bitters

• Place rum, triple sec, pineapple, OJ and simple in Shaker

• Shake til shaker has frosty exterior

• Strain over fresh ice in Collins glass

• Float Bitters

• garnish with Half slice of orange and cinnamon stick
