St. Germaine	.5oz
Riondo Prosecco	4oz
Mint	.5oz
Fresh Mint	4-5 leafs
club soda	splash

Procedure

1. Add Mint and St germain to wine glass

2. Gently muddle

3. Add ice

4. Top with Prosecco and club soda

5. Garnish with nice mint bouquet and straw

this will not fill the wine glass to the top, do not Top Off
