Irish Coffee

• Glass: Glass Coffee cup

• Garnish: Whipped heavy cream

Ingredients	Amount
Jameson whiskey	1.5oz
Simple	.5oz
Hot Coffee	.5 inch below rim
Whipped heavy cream	Top

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients to glass Coffee cups

2. Add Whipped topping to a small metal coffee creamer

3. Server will top drink with cream table side

• Whipped Heavy Cream

1. Fill shaker tin ¼ full with heavy cream

2. Remove spring from Drink Strainer, place in shaker tin

3. Shake vigorously for 3-5 min or until you have a nice consistency

4. Needs to be pourable from a coffee creamer

5. Hold in cooler
