Glass collins

• GARNISH: Fresh slice of pineapple(small) grated nutmeg

Ingredients	Amount
Pussers dark rum	2oz
Orange Juice	1oz
Pineapple	3oz
cream of coconut, Real brand	1oz
fresh pineapple slice and nutmeg

Procedure

1. Blend until smooth

   1. Pout into Collins glass

   2. top with nutmeg and fresh pineapple slice

   3. Stripped straw

Should be no ice shards in final product.
