• GARNISH: fresh mint and 3 raspberries

Skyy vodka	2oz
Lemon	.75oz
Simple Syrup	.5oz
Fresh raspberries	8
Mint	6 leaves

Procedure

1. Place Raspberries, Mint and simple in a tin and Muddle

2. Add remainder ingredients and ice

3. Hard shake and strain over fresh rocks

4. Garnish with Fresh Mint and 3 raspberries on a skewer
